New Album and other updates…..

Hi folks,

I have finally managed to score some time off work which starts tomorrow for a glorious 12 days of nothing but relaxation and working on the empire.

1. New Album.

Now that I have learnt how to use Logic Studio I plan to release a twelve track album at the end of August to coincide with the full relaunch of the MTBM.NET website and network.

I am working on 4 new tracks at the moment that will go up with the other 8 tracks on Soundcloud  and will be announcing very shortly some cool additons to the album itself.

2. MTBM.NET Relaunch

The website and label will be relaunched on the 1st of August (hopefully) and the main bulk of the content will be added throughout the month of August. We plan to put more in the way of content and also we will be making use of new distribution models to ensure our music is available on as many different networks as possible.

More info can be found at the Development website.

3. Whats Next?

Once the album is complete I will be creating the second E|Drums samplepack that will cover the usual suspects. I intend to release this on as many formats as I can, most notably EXS24, Reason Refill and a special set of banks for Logic's Ultrabeat which is what I will be using to create the pack.

I also plan to release it as drum racks for Ableton Live 8 as well. There will be more info in the coming months but I hope to have it ready for the end of September.

I will also release the seperate files if your sampler or drum machine isn't featured in the list and as usual it will be available for free download along with the usual install videos and a PDF explaining the process in detail.

Last but not least I will then work towards ending the year with a full release again to be out for the end of November but as yet I haven't really started on it.

I am also getting together with a few friends to do some recording as well so we have a new band/outfit on the label very soon if it works out.

  1. I have been searching via the internet trying to get ideas on how to get my personal website coded, your present design and theme are perfect. Did you code it by yourself or did you recruit a coder to get it done for you?

  2. No, I did it myself using WordPress
