It&#8217;s an expansive definition that opens the door to musicians with a wide range of instrument preferences. <!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Students will not &#8216;major in EDI&#8217; per se, but can choose from majors like Composition, Electronic Production &amp; Design and Film Scoring, with EDI as their primary instrument.<\/p>\n<p>Students will study a curriculum designed to expand their electronic music making skills, but also designed to make them balanced musicians. Electronic-focused coursework includes:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>ENEL-221: Electronic Improvisation<\/li>\n<li>ENEL-403: Techno\/Rave Ensemble<\/li>\n<li>ENEL-404: Turntable Ensemble<\/li>\n<li>ENRB-405: Techno\/DJ Sampling Ensemble<\/li>\n<li>ENRB-403: Hip-Hop Ensemble<\/li>\n<li>ENPN-261: Synth Techniques for Live Performance Ensemble<\/li>\n<li>ENFF-326: Improvisation on 21st-Century Grooves<\/li>\n<li>ILEN-333: Turntable Technique<\/li>\n<li>ISEL-111: Performance Controller Studies<\/li>\n<li>ISEL-P112: Grid Controller Studies<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Time to go back to school?
