They are not traditional speakers, but are instead in the tradition of the<br \/>\n<strong>Diffuseurs<\/strong> of <strong>Maurice Martenot<\/strong>, imparting acoustic resonances to the electronically-generated sound.<\/p>\n<p>The Onde &amp; Pyramid were introduced at <a href=\"https:\/\/www.synthtopia.com\/content\/tag\/continuucon-2018\/\">ContinuuCon 2018<\/a> and then presented at <a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=wd_Loq6Rx0c\">SuperBooth 2018<\/a>. The self-powered speakers, designed in collaboration with <strong>Haken Audio<\/strong>, bring a luthier\u2019s expertise in acoustics to electronic instruments.<\/p>\n<p>The Pyramid &amp; Onde are expected to be available soon.
