Novation has introduced Novation Play, a virtual instrument designed to work with their Launchkey mk4 controller, developed in collaboration with ?Klevgrand?.

Play features seamless one-to-one hardware integration with the Launchkey’s encoders, pads, and buttons, providing an immediate, instrument-like workflow.

It features 80+presets, based on samples from a variety of synthesizers, including the Novation Peak, Novation Bass Station II, Novation Nova, Sequential Prophet 6, Prophet Rev 2, and Oberheim OB-6.

Novation Play can be used as a standalone desktop app and as a plugin.
