I’m so happy when there’s a new Alex Ball video!
Alex gives a very clear description of the instrument and how it works, plus very musical examples of it in action. His videos are always worth a watch, so I am in agreement with the above comment from UKifi.
Its time for an Alex Ball t-shirt. His reviews are always excellent, but this one is the crown jewel. This completely fills in the EMS historical gaps. Its been a while since I first squinted at the DSOTM credits and wondered what the heck a “VCS3” was. Now I know for real. That second demo sells the instrument like a champ.
