Novation has released Launch Control XL mk3, a major update to the advanced MIDI controller.
The Launch Control XL mk3 is designed to give you hands-on control of your entire workflow, whether you’re in the box, DAWless, or somewhere in between. It features eight precision faders, 24 endless rotary encoders, 16 customizable buttons and a new OLED display.
With 5-pin MIDI In, Out, and Out2/Thru connections, you can route and control multiple MIDI-capable synthesizers, effects, and control surfaces. And Custom Modes let you split Launch Control XL, so you can adjust parameters on different gear at the same time.

Ye gods, I’ll just stick with my mouse! 😛 Its typically Novation-sensible. Added points for easily enlarging tracks for tweaking on the fly. They put ample thought into its work flows. Its more than I personally need, but I’d trust it. I have a MiniNova and it looks like a toy, but its a real dragon inside.
Hope they’re not using that rubberised coating, that latter on, becomes a sticky mess…
