Developer Mitsuhiro Sugimori has released Track Notes, a new iOS app for “music makers and serious listeners” that’s designed for annotating songs you play with Apple Music.
Track Notes lets you add timestamped notes to your tracks, and then return to those spots without scrubbing.
Here’s what they have to say about it:
“Track Notes integrates with Apple Music so you can create notes for the currently playing song or any track in your library. Each note can be attached to a specific timestamp for quick, precise playback.
Many of us save reference tracks but later forget why they were important. Track Notes preserves those insights (tone, groove, arrangement, transitions) and makes them easy to act on during production, practice, or prep.”
Features:
- Notes linked to precise timestamps, with one-tap return
- Multiple notes per track
- Search and sort your notes
- Light and dark appearance support
Pricing and Availability:
Track Notes is available now for iPhone for $1.99.
Note: Apple Music is required for full functionality. Notes are viewable within the Track Notes app and do not appear in Apple Music or other apps.
