i’d be the last to say i was just in the music store; but 10 years ago it was 12 inch. are 45’s really ‘the thing’ now? and if not, it plays 12 inch fine, then why are ALL the promo pictures with 45s?

another NAMM, another no show for Logue synth. but we got FOUR new record players to play… our.. records…on? i don’t have any records, or CD’s, or DVD’s. or a radio, and nobody will let me throw out the TV, cable, and the landline… yet.

I’m happy with my twin Technics SL1200 Mk2s, thank you very much.
These toys are belt-drive, not direct-drive, for sure, so no proper scratching Hip-Hoppers. And you also need turntable weight under your hands, not light plastic, if you want to mix vinyl or scratch.

I’m sure these sound fine if you just want to play records.
