Make something substantial without the daft jog wheels …. Stand alone hardware for eg. Machine for creative dj style performance rather than studio not tethered to a laptop. Maybe.

Problem is this aint 2013 anymore, their brand is in tatters, other companies have filled their position and people seems not trust nor care anymore.
Selling this thing along the similarly featured but way better looking S2 MK3 (which came out in 2018) for 100 quid less is going to confuse their targeted entry level audience into getting an EOL product.
NI needs a good product program manager.

It’s an entity level controller.

They need a proper new flagship in order to full take advantage of their amazing Traktor software. We need an MX-8….
