Boochow Instruments let us know that they’ve released Pure Data to drumlogue Converter, a free web app for building custom KORG drumlogue user units directly from Pure Data patches.
Like their earlier Pure Data => logue SDK tools, this takes your Pure Data patches and creates drumlogue-ready binaries for synth and FX units (delay / reverb / master FX).
This lets you prototype and share units without the need for C/C++ coding.

Pure Data to drumlogue Converter is available now as a free web-based application.
anyone remember the great drumlogue selloff by Korg on Reverb? Good times.
I do! I scored one for like $167!!! It’s a great drum machine and so glad I snagged one. I have a feeling like with a lot of synths that down the line more people will get into writing things for it and it will eventually be sought after like so may weird, little machines are.
Reading this makes me wish that Elektron would allow folks like Sinevibes to make new machines & algorithms for the Syntakt. Even if it’s just the digital stuff they open up, I’d be stoked with that. Tried the Drumlogue in store & didn’t like it, but whatever, this kind of 3rd party development is great to read about.
