It comes in two distinct flavours (less than I originally expected but there goes the computer again!) but I am happy that they are ones that most people use. I will however do it for other formats depending on what people want, you can vote at the left hand side of this blog. Downloads below:

Installation:

Reason – Just drop your Refill into your Reason Refill folder and browse when in Reason

Kontakt – Unrar the files and drop them into your Kontakt database folder and they will be readable once the database is reloaded.

How did I do it?

I have generally been asked a lot by people how I have gone about making these sample packs and generally I wax lyrical about this plugin and that one and so on and ariston.

I used Microtonic and Attack to create the drum sounds and then compressed them in Ableton and used a transient designer were necessary to get a good smack.

I will in time upload more tutorial videos advising on how I did ti so hold on tight. Check out my youTube channel in the meantime for the ones I have done before.

T2D has set up a new blog for writing about everything he is doing over the next year as he continues to work on a new album.

He will be making a lot of new songs soon and will also be pulling no punches when talking about everything music wise.

His youTube community will get a shot in the arm as he gears up for another video release on making beats were he will discuss how beat building is done via a variety of tools. As you can imagine these will be a blow by blow breakdown on how he works and should give you extra insight of work in progress tunes.

Lastly, we have been made aware of a free Reason Refill release he will be creating for April 1st 2010, his birthday incidentally. This will be freely available to everyone who uses Reason and also will be made available for other plugins were necessary (will be done on a voting system)

Currently, Trickster2D is in the studio working on pre-production for an LP to be released near the end of the year. Working under the title ‘Your Welcome to Try’, it will be 10 tracks of minimal and breakbeat gold.
